CANCELLATION POLICY

Waterside Spa has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for services. Any cancellation within 24 hours will be incur the full fee for the cancelled appointments. This includes any no-show or rescheduling of appointments, regardless of reason.

This cancellation policy is in place so we may accommodate other guests wishing to book appointments, as well as in consideration of our providers who have planned their time and technique for your service.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Waterside Spa is happy to accommodate group bookings for any occasion!  Please call 845-217-5338 or email us for information and to book services.  Private event space and catering by BLACKBARN Hudson Valley is also available to make your special event a memorable occasion for everyone!  

Please note a deposit of 20% may be required for any group booking of 6 or more services on peak dates, and will be discussed when services are booked. Please also review the Group Cancellation Policy below.

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY

For groups of 6 or more services, any cancellation with one week (7 days) will be charged $50 for each cancelled appointment.  Any cancellation within 24 hours will be incur the full fee for each cancelled appointment. This includes any no-show or rescheduling of appointments, regardless of reason.

Guest names and service types (subject to availability) may be changed until the day before the event, but service duration may not be decreased unless required due to Waterside Spa scheduling. 

This cancellation policy is in place so we may accommodate other guests wishing to book appointments, as well as in consideration of our providers who have planned their time and technique for your service.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your service time to check in at the reception desk and prepare for your service.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointment following yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full charge of the service booked.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

The Spa is reserved for members and guests age 18 years or older.

GRATUITY

Gratuity of 20% will be added to your account at checkout. If you prefer to leave a cash tip, the Spa Concierge desk will provide you with an envelope.

ATMOSPHERE

Please silence cell phones and speak softly and quietly upon entering the Spa.

AMENITIES

Waterside Spa Guests receiving a Massage, Facial or Body Treatment, as well as Members of Waterside Spa and Guests of Diamond Mills Hotel, receive complimentary access to Waterside Spa Amenities as listed below, Day passes may be purchased for $75 per guest. Waterside Spa Guests receiving Manicure/Pedicure services may purchase a Day Pass at a discounted rate of $50 in combination with their Manicure/Pedicure services.

  • Guests will be supplied with a robe, locker and towels to use during their visit. Note: Hotel guests will have use of lockers and towels, but will not receive a robe.

  • Guests may use the Pool Deck featuring Dipping Pool, Hot Tub, Cold Plunge and Dry Sauna. Pool Deck is open daily, weather permitting. Dipping Pool and Cold Plunge are open seasonally.

  • Guests are welcome to enjoy our Indoor & Outdoor Relaxation Areas with beautiful views of the Esopus Creek and Saugerties Lighthouse.

  • Guests are invited to use our State-of-the-Art Gym featuring equipment by Oxefit, Echelon and Sole.

  • Light snacks and refreshments are available for purchase daily. Lunch can be ordered from BLACKBARN Hudson Valley (service hours may vary.)

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be purchased online or in person at the Spa Concierge Desk. Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost, misplaced or stolen gifts cards will not not be replaced. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Waterside Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to the Spa atmosphere.
